The manufacturer’s warranty on the WD Black SN750 SE NVMe SSD expires either after a 5-year period or after exceeding the generous TBW values between 200 TB and 600 TB depending on the storage capacity. In terms of external dimensions, the drive in Western Digital’s plug-in card format corresponds to the usual M.2 2280 standard with the 80 millimeters in length and the 22 millimeters in width with a height of under 2.5 millimeters.
Test report conclusion – WD Black SN750 SE NVMe SSD in test
For an SSD with the PCIe Gen4 interface, the performance of the WD SN750 is actually not convincing enough. However, this weakness should hardly be noticed on the older, but still very widespread PCIe Gen3 interface. Once the price and cost per gigabyte settle down to the level of competing products with similar performance, the WD Black SN750 SE NVMe SSD is well worth a closer look should you be looking for an M.2 NVMe drive.
